Zinc gluconate binds to VSCs already present in the mouth, forming less volatile complexes that lower odor concentration. One ingredient reduces future odor; the other neutralizes current odor. Manufacturing and Quality

Suzhou City Jinmao Daily Chemicals Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing toothpaste since 2001. The company employs over 70 people, including R&D and quality control staff.

Production covers formula development, paste mixing, filling, packaging, and finished product inspection. Jinmao has contributed to multiple industry standards and maintains research partnerships with Shanghai Ocean University, ShanghaiTech University, and Jiangsu University.

Factory capacity: 11 vacuum mixing pots (three 700kg, eight 1,300kg), eight automatic filling lines, eight packaging lines. Daily output up to 480,000 tubes; annual capacity 200 million tubes. Facility: 7,600m² production, 11,000m² warehouse, 2,100m² R&D and office.

Quality system follows GMPC and ISO 22716. Raw materials are tested on arrival. Production parameters are monitored during mixing, filling, and packaging. Finished products undergo physical, chemical, and microbiological testing before shipment. Batch records are maintained for full traceability.

What are VSCs and why do they matter?

Volatile sulfur compounds (VSCs)—hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide—are the primary chemicals responsible for bad breath. They are produced when anaerobic bacteria break down proteins in the mouth. This toothpaste targets both the bacteria that produce VSCs and the VSCs themselves.

How long does the effect last?

Zinc gluconate neutralizes existing VSCs immediately. Tea polyphenols reduce bacterial activity with regular use. Duration varies by individual—diet, oral hygiene, and salivary flow all affect how quickly odor returns.

Does this contain SLS?

No. Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate (plant-derived) replaces SLS. It cleans effectively with lower irritation risk.

Is this fluoride-free?

The standard version is fluoride-free. Fluoride-containing versions can be made on request.
